1Q. When will I receive my gift card after purchase?
A.Your gift card will be emailed to you with your unique code to redeem whenever you wish to.
2Q. When should I expect my delivery?
A. We aim to get deliver your order within 2-5 working business day, however, please do allow 7 business days just in case there are conditions that we cannot control. Please visit our shipping page for more information on shipping here.
3Q. My order has not arrived, what do I do?
A. We understand this may happy due to delays or wrong delivery addressing of packing, we ask you to ensure that you check double check the address where you want your order to be sent before completing and making payment.
